AUSTRALIA Visa Requirements
Tourist / Business Visa Requirements:
1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of six months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
c) If any visa request were refused, details of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
We need scanned copies of the all pages, if you send the passport to us, we can do it for you
2. Australia Visa Application Form: The Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant. (Chologhuri will fill up the form on behalf of the client)
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs. We need the scan copies of passport-sized photos (Studio soft copy)
Please Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant’s name, designation, Passport Number, and purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Australia, Dhaka.
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from the Australian host. A passport copy of the host and resident permit of the host must be given with the invitation letter
6. Forwarding Letter:
a) Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating
the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
b) Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment (if
student)

File processing time: 7-10 working days. (Depending on the file numbers)
Urgent Application Fees: If you need your application to be processed urgently, you need to pay an extra 2000 BDT per person on top of the amount.
Visa fee at the Embassy: 18,500 BDT per person. (If the USD rate changes, the visa fee will be increased)
VFS service charge for biometrics: 3272 BDT per person (Premium Service Fee 5000 BDT per person)
Medical: if needed (around 7,000 BDT per person)
